CJ Brincefield has been a member of the trumpet section since 2021 after moving to Findlay with his wife, Helen.

CJ graduated from Ohio Northern University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music. Upon graduation, he was then a choir and band director until 2024 when he left teaching to pursue a new career to be home with his family. He works as an education travel consultant for music programs in the Midwest in addition to running a small business with his wife. They are the owners of Brincefield Studios where they provide social media marketing education, music lessons and professional music opportunities. CJ is also the choir director for the Ohio Northern University Summer Music Camp and is the High Brass instructor for the University of Findlay Oiler Marching Band.

When not making music, CJ enjoys being “Up North”, landscaping, board games and playing with his children, Hudson and Nora, and their basset hound, Millie. The Brincefields are happy they chose Findlay to build their future and are excited to be involved in the community.
